I recently visited Zupas and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I found a live fly in my food, which is completely unacceptable. This not only ruined my meal but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this location. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to prevent future incidents. Took 10+ minutes to get three items. Wasn't even a line Parking: Is by a In n Out so that side of parking lot is always full. Kid-friendliness: Isn't by any means fancy, so kids would be just fine here. Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking and entrance.
Ordered online. Showed up and wait and watched other people come order and get their food before me. What’s the point of an online ordering system.
Everyone here was super kind and energetic! Blake did a great job starting us off, and the gentleman who checked us out absolutely made my day. Zoe did a great job helping us navigate the app, too! The food is great, the service is excellent. There’s a shopping center nearby and it’s the middle of back to school shopping season, so this place was absolutely packed and we were sat down with our food within five minutes. Very impressive.
Staff is slow to clear tables. The bathroom is gross. Clearly one of the indifferent teenage staff members threw their apron on the floor of the bathroom.
