When I arrived for curbside pickup, they forgot one of my items, so I called, and they informed me it would take a few minutes to resolve. It wasn't the best start, and I ended up waiting longer than I had hoped. However, the woman who brought out my wings made up for it with a sincere apology and a coupon. It's moments like these that really count; even when things go wrong, a genuine apology and attentive service can make a big difference. We will definitely come back! The pizza itself was surprisingly delicious, and the chicken was decent too. I appreciate everything that was done to enhance my experience, and I wanted to share this review to highlight how important good customer service is—something that's hard to find these days. Thank you!

I had to get a few pizzas for the famil... read more I stopped by last night and grabbed a slice of cheese pizza, and I've officially discovered my new favorite pizza place. I had to get a few pizzas for the family to try for dinner tonight, and now it's everyone's favorite too! We ordered a cheese, pepperoni, and taco pizza, and they were all fantastic. I do think their prices for drinks and snacks are a bit higher than average, but not by much. As another reviewer mentioned, the quality of the pizza more than makes up for it! I live too far away for delivery, but it's great that they offer free delivery. Each time I've visited, I've noticed different staff members, but they've all been incredibly friendly.

It’s decent enough because it's clean, but I wonder how long that will last with years of customers coming and going. Over time, the floors and counters in a pizza place can accumulate a lot of mess. They often run out of soda cups at the drink fountain, and their soda is pretty watery. I haven't filled up my car there, so I can't speak to the quality of the gas. The staff is relatively decent, and they do offer fresh food. Overall, I think they deserve about two and a half stars. However, to be generous, I rounded up to three.

The staff is always so friendly, they have the products that I'm looking for and the prices are some of the best in town! Also, the food is some of the best that I have had in a long time. Especially like the hotsandwiches and the pepperoni pizza. It is definitely my new favorite pizza choice. Can't say enough about how friendly the staffis!!!! This is definitely my new favorite store and I visit them a couple times a day. Keep up the good work and you all are tobe commended on a job very well done!!!!

Went in this morning before work because I had to get gas and it took the manager at least 10 minutes to figure out that my card wasn't reading properly tried t... read more Went in this morning before work because I had to get gas and it took the manager at least 10 minutes to figure out that my card wasn't reading properly tried to tell me that my carddidn't work I use it everyday proceeded to try it for a few moments andthen instead of trying to come up with the solution she just shrugs her shoulders looks at me and says I guess it's not going towork today. So I had to go to speedway which is now made me a half an hour late for work so because of that experience I willnot go back here again and it's sad too because I live right next to Casey's I don't know if it's lack of training a level ofincompetency or just plain laziness. Oh and I didn't have that problem at all when I went to speedway
