One of the best located beer gardens in the lakes.i only gave it 4 stars cos the beer was six pound a pint(normal price for the lakes/London),otherwise get yourself there!
Our first visit to this bar in the Water edge hotel which we loved. Sat inside and the view was amazing on the beautiful bright day. Very good selection of beers and staff very friendly and attentive. Great relaxed atmosphere and buzz with lots of people eating and sitting outside. Deffo recommend a visit x

Went a couple of times for drinks while in area. Dog friendly and plenty of space. They could do with extra staff, the staff working try hard but when busy (easter holidays) they are put under alot of pressure and makes service slow at the bar.
A stones throw from the boats at Ambleside, the staff were friendly and the food was good quality with decent portion sizes. Very few plant based options but the other people in my group were happy with the food. Adding a few vegan options would make them stand out even more with the local competition. We passed on our way into town and the ataff were wonderful and friendly with my 5 year old who was desperate for the toilet. This is the reason we came back to eat and I'm glad we did. Would c
