We visited the outgate inn twice and both of them had good food. nothing beautiful, only good quality bar eating and decent size portioning. we will go back when we are in the opposite.
Excellent staff. pleasant dining room. fish and chips were good, but overall the menu was somewhat limited.
I have visited this restaurant several times in the past year and the food has always been very good. The Sunday roasts are tasty and generous in portion size. There is a nice beer garden at the back of the restaurant. The staff is friendly, the beer is well maintained, and the service is great all around. Well done!

Lovely little pub in a beautiful location. Food took a long time to come out, and miraculously appeared as soon as we enquired but these things happen. Would definitely go back! The history information inside was also fascinating. Service: 2
