The... read more The takeaway order was not ready at the designated collection time, resulting in a 30-minute wait in the restaurant before the order was finally completed. The entire process took over an hour from the time of ordering. Additionally, one of the items that was supposed to be hot arrived ice cold. It was evident that our order had been forgotten and not prioritized, as the staff did not provide any updates or estimated time for when we could start eating.

We chose it based on its high rating, but were disappointed to find that the food was not authentic Korean cuisine. The dishes were overcooked, the ramen was fried using instant noodles, and the menu was very limited. We would not recommend this place for those looking for authentic Korean food.

Despite our excitement, the experience was not what we had hoped for. Throughout the meal, staff were hanging lights around us, which was distracting. Although we usually enjoy their chicken sandwich when we order takeout, this time it was not up to par. The staff mentioned they were uncertain about certain ingredients, which may have impacted the dish's quality. Unfortunately, no one followed up when we raised our concerns. I had hoped for a more welcoming atmosphere at Mokja, but instead, it felt like we were constantly in the way during our meal.
