Fantastic restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly, and I have to say, it felt like a penalty should have been awarded, though the referee didn’t call it. We’ll definitely return next year, and hopefully, we’ll get to see a VAR decision in action. Overall, it was a lot of fun and very welcoming. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
Unusual bar excellent range of real ale NOT the normal types of Lager but good .Try the cheese board value Sunday lunch Free finger lunch .Great Watch for opening times Mid week open 4.00 pm Sat Sun opens12.noon
Great pub and story. Knowledgable bar staff and some great local beers on. Cask outnumbered Keg, as expected, but there was still the local IPA and a magnificent coffee porter on the kegs. Lots of bar games on the tables, totally dog friendly and a great place to have a few pints. Oh. And if that wasnt enough... you can order a cheese selection of local lovlies. Just brilliant...

Friendly small pub with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Very reasonable prices and good choice of drinks.
