I have to compliment Katie as one of the most hard working, friendly people that I have seen in the retail business in a very long time. This Biggby is actually pretty great, the baristas are always friendly, and the drinks always taste great! The problem is the order sign/speaker it is pretty neglected and has been an issue for quite a while now. It makes hearing my order difficult sometimes which leads to some corrected drinks.
