Biggby Coffee - Amber Township

My daughter got me hooked on the spotted owl cold coffee. I never thought I would like cold coffee, but very delicious and staff was great. !!

This Biggby is actually pretty great, the baristas are always friendly, and the drinks always taste great! The problem is the order sign/speaker it is pretty neglected and has been an issue for quite a while now. It makes hearing my order difficult sometimes which leads to some corrected drinks. This sign/speaker needs fixed. Often there is a paper sign explaining an issue or products listed that aren’t available anymore like the macarons.

I have to compliment Katie as one of the most hard working, friendly people that I have seen in the retail business in a very long time. No matter how busy they may be she is always friendly, greets you with a smile, and closes with a drive safe. Thank you Katie for making us all smile!

The locals only come here to see Katie in action. Without this hard working mother of a beautiful new baby girl, this location wouldn’t be what it is. God bless you Katie!
