However, the woman working behind him behaved inappropriately—she was seen reaching down her pants and putting her hands in her mouth. Normally, I don’t have any issues at fast food restaurants, but this definitely crossed the line.

The staff were friendly, though they mixed up our order and were unable to scan my Whataburger app or apply my free rewards. Additionally, their milkshake machine was out of order.

I felt like the person at the counter was just trying to hurry us along. When I asked for sugar for my coffee, he gave me Sweet 'n Low instead. I also inquired... read more I felt like the person at the counter was just trying to hurry us along. When I asked for sugar for my coffee, he gave me Sweet 'n Low instead. I also inquired if the ketchup and spicy ketchup were included in the bag, and he assured me they were. However, when we got home, there was none at all. I guess next time I’ll have to check the bag and hold up the line. It seems unreasonable to expect them to take just 10 seconds to grab some ketchup.
