Description
**Dining at Whataburger: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Whataburger continues to evoke mixed feelings among its patrons. While some diners rave about the hearty, Texas-sized portions and memorable Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits, others lament over salt-heavy fries and less-than-stellar service, including order mix-ups and lengthy waits. Despite these inconsistencies, the quality of the food remains a highlight, with many enjoying the hot, fresh burgers. Some locations shine with friendly staff eager to assist, while others leave patrons feeling rushed and overlooked. Overall, Whataburger presents a blend of culinary comfort and customer service challenges that leave visitors with varied impressions.

The parents from the 80s enjoyed honey butter chicken biscuits for breakfast. You might just find a new favorite here! As for child-friendliness, there are plenty of menu options for kids.
This was by far THE WORST Whatburger I have ever been to in my entire life. We waited in the drive thru line forever, then waited at the intercom again for a long time and waited somemore to get our food. We wasted an hour and thirteen mins just to get our food then to have our order wrong. I only ordered 2 kids meal's. Very upsetting!Food: 1/5
So. Slow. And. Barely. Worth. The. Wait. As. Far. As. Fast. Food. Quality....sincerely an Ohioan that now lives in Texas. In my 4 or so experiences eating whattaburger, it's very par. I can't get over the wait times, especially at This location. I know many around here have grown up with it, I understand local tastebuds and I'm open to so many new foods but it's very par/sub-par.
The employee at the drive-thru window was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, the woman working behind him behaved inappropriately—she was seen reaching down her pants and putting her hands in her mouth. Normally, I don’t have any issues at fast food restaurants, but this definitely crossed the line.
