We waited in the drive thru line forever, then waited at the intercom again for a long time and waited somemore to get our food. We wasted an hour and thirteen mins just to get our food then to have our order wrong. I only ordered 2 kids meal's. Very upsetting!Food: 1/5

I can't get over the wait times, especially at This location. I know many around here have grown up with it, I understand local tastebuds and I'm open to so many new foods but it's very par/sub-par.

However, the woman working behind him behaved inappropriately—she was seen reaching down her pants and putting her hands in her mouth. Normally, I don’t have any issues at fast food restaurants, but this definitely crossed the line.

The staff were friendly, though they mixed up our order and were unable to scan my Whataburger app or apply my free rewards. Additionally, their milkshake machine was out of order.
