Kfc - Amarillo

That had to have been one of the worst KFCs I ever had!!! On the normal I love the KFC shell!!! This time it was simply unbeatable!!! The chicken was not... only roasted bread crumbs!!! My meal should have a delicious chocolate chip cookie... instead of fried me!!! Really Potato Darm and Pommes????? Come on! If you were from cookies, just let me know and I will choose something other than Pommes!!! A d they were burned pommes to boot!!! And my sweet tea... you know that the old taste of setting tooo long...yep!!!! I couldn't go back to fix the problem.... work and all!!!! Of course I will not be back to this special KFC and not to KFC for a while... my potato bowl was ruined for me!!!

I used the drive-thru which was unique and on a curve. The food was fresh and the staffing was pleasant. The parking lot looked good but I did not go inside.

Service was wonderful!!! Been a while since I could say that about a fast food joint!!! Woman that took our order was awesome! And food was good as always! It was clean! Even the restroom!!!

It was really bad . Cold slaw was spoiled and chicken was like rubber. Tried calling no answer . Report it on line . No response. Bad business

Fastest drive thru service I've had chicken is hot and juicy. i love this location
