Evocation Coffee - Amarillo

What a nice surprise to find this little jewel in a mini-mall in Amarillo. Teegresh, you kick butt. Good work.

This is a very nice third wave coffee shop/roaster. The decor is simple and hip and the coffee I had was top notch! Evocation is definitely worth a very slight deviation off of the interstate to be able to enjoy some nice specialty coffee on an arduous cross country venture. The presentation was very nice too, I like their cool slightly off center coffee cups. I left a picture of how the pour over is served.

Evocation is my go to coffee shop. They have creative drink options that will make you ecstatic that you chose this place. Evocation has become a second home to me. The atmosphere is wonderful, laid back, and just an overall positive establishment. All the way from the quirky lo fi beats playing in the background to the passion made coffee in your cup, this coffee shop is an amazing place to find yourself any time of the day.

This place is so cool from the coffee to the staff. This is my husband's favorite place. Today is his birthday, and the staff was willing to go along with a surprise breakfast for him. I paid for it in advance and wasn't able to be there when he arrived. But the staff delivered it perfectly and it made my husband's day. Thanks for being a customer focused shop with fab coffee. Oh, and my daughter loooved the croissants.

Our favorite coffee shop in town by far. Coffee is roasted perfectly and served the way I like it. Their coffee was the first that I drank without cream and sugar. However their expressions drinks are also my favorite soooo never know what I am going to get. Most importantly is how great the staff is, always so friendly and sweet.
