What Jack Walsh likes about The Cuckoo:
we were well supervised by the team who were fun, polite and efficient. with good service everything else falls to place, so we had a nice time with great eating. View all feedback. What Nico Giese doesn't like about The Cuckoo:
since we last visited the cuckoo, it changed the menu, also looks as if it had changed the management/management. when we arrived first, the impression was that they were unorganized. the communication between the bar and the restaurant seemed to lack professionalism. the food was average. the tables seemed more than normal. would I go back? Maybe if it was the last option. View all feedback.

Nice quaint placeWarm European feeling when you walk in: showing wood beams and stone walls.
The service picked up in recent months, but on my last two visits it has been awful.

read moreThe Cuckoo restaurant has undergone some changes since our last visit, including a new menu and possibly new management. Initial impressions were of disorganization and lack of communication between the bar and restaurant. The food was average, and some dishes did not meet expectations. While some aspects of the meals were enjoyable, overall experiences left something to be desired. However, the staff remained friendly and accommodating, and were able to handle logistical issues with ease. The restaurant also offers gluten-free options and is dog-friendly, making it a good option for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, while there were some issues with food quality and organization, the welcoming atmosphere and accommodating staff make The Cuckoo a decent choice for a meal out.
