Everything we chose (beef tartare, gravadlax, cod, John dory and the Swedish veal burger were presented superbly and more importantly were delicious. Service was great too and we really felt like we actually enjoyed fine dining food at a regular price point. We'll done and I hope you can manage to make this unusual marriage of high class restaurant and family golf resort work (we do also love a game of family mini-golf! . McHoul family, UK

We booked for the E19.50... read more I’ve dined quite a lot at Golfland. The breakfasts are great. Lunch and Dinner Menus are varied and always made with good ingredients. We booked for the E19.50 lunch for 3 courses, it’s Couvert or soup for starter, a selection of choices for the main, off the regular menu, anything off the lunch menu, and dessert. The selection being mini gateaux, chocolate mousse, fruit. I chose the Couvert, Black Pork Cheeks, Mini Gateau. All were delicious. Some in our group had chicken Caesar salad, salmon burger, all were impressed with the quality. Wine is unlimited within the two hours for your table. After that it is chargeable. Coffee/water are chargeable. Still very reasonable. All in all a great lunch enjoyed by our party. Can’t wait to see what the Afternoon Teas are like in February.

All four of us had different dishes and we were all delighted with our food, the wine selection is also great with some local gems. Not the cheapest food in Alvor but amongst the best.
