What MTorre doesn't like about Dumas Gourmet:
This is a great place to buy food, bread, cheeses, pastries and even prepared food. But avoid eating there. You order your food and then they heat it in a microwave, of course it doesn't heat correctly. View all feedback.
We regularly stop by Marché Dumas to buy french bread, cheese ,jams ... And have always been satisfied with the quality of their products , but service is usually slow , their system of fichas to support the invoicing is inefficient and most of the time one price is missing or the bar code is not right or... Only once we sat at a table in the quiet patio and we will not repeat ; after a long wait we went to the bar to accelerate tthe oredering , then it took them a long time to press an orange juice , and when we wre finsihed the cakes we had eaten were not on the invoice . Nice people but they should contract a professional to teach them how to do it properly .
I am giving the top rating to this Dumas gourmet not by its extremely dry ugly French baguettes, they have good food options , cheese and pastries but my top rating goes to ENVINARTE,that sells Mexican wine from Baja California by the glass with many options and they even give you a taste so that you decide which wine goes better with your food and with 100 mxn per a generous glass , there are not many great options in the city to try Mexican wine by the glass!!
Es un sitio para dar rienda suelta al paladar. El concepto es divertido, ya que solicitas tus alimentos en los diferentes mostradores de comida internacional, árabe, quesos, vinos, helados gourmet, alta panadería. Si consumirás los alimentos en el sitio, los llevas a que te los calienten y después te sientas en la terraza a degustarlos, en un ambiente vintage, con buena selección musical de fondo. Sin duda, una experiencia grata, relajada, con oportunidades para probar nuevos alimentos de gran calidad.
Deliciosos quesos, la atención excelente; te ofrecen probar la comida del lugar, como los quesos, carnes frías, platillos que se venden por gramos. Limpieza impecable, ambiente perfecto, súper tranquilo y además hacen eventos del club del queso bastante recomendables.
Estuvo en este retaurante y un funcionario, por dos veces consecutivas, se equivocó en la cuenta. Un cafe, que originalmente costaria $40 me generó una cuenta de $1,500. Despues de identicar el error, la dirección del eatabelecimiento se negó a corregir el problema!!!No hay otra palabra para eso, es un robo!!! Errar es normal, identificar el error y nada hacer para corregirlo, o sea, quedarse con el dinero del cliente consirntente, es un total ROBO!!!!No van a este restaurante!! Nunca fui tan mal atendido en un restaurante en toda mi vida. Divulguen!!!
