TERRIBLE SERVICE, Ok Food, Cold Beer, Inviting Place Decoration that does not make up for the UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE nothing special. It was busy, but nowhere near clamped, and we sat right away. 2 adults 2 children, all residents of Mexico. Children ordered a pizza that came out pretty fast. You enjoyed it. 8 minutes later the pulled pork sandwich showed up. Dry and tasteless. After a further 12-15 minutes the Hamburger appeared. He apologised or came back to Chek or see if we wanted something else. We had to fly him up to go the majority of burgers and get the check, as the pretens this time became restless, as they polished 30 minutes ago or their pizza. The only good experience was that the 2 beers did not speer on the check, although without excuse or mention. I do not know whether this is intended or not. I left a nice tip, the price of beers. It doesn't deserve another visit. I mentioned the TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Only beer and some burgers and wings, good place, the service is really good to always validate in search of the service, so for a restauran chain is good service, food is ok, as expected, sports bar like, they will find a seat fast, delicious beer...sampler so that I enjoy the venue

Very good beer, all kinds you can imagine, plus the seasonal are excellent, and the food is also quite exceptional.

En varias ocasiones hemos ido a Beer Factory San Jeronimo,es quizas una de las peores franquicias por el pésimo servicio de los meseros,y la mala calidad de los alimentos.Pedimos dos personas el mismo platillo,llegó a la mesa uno de ellos 20 minutos más tarde.Uno saladísimo y otro insípido y mal sazonado,lo reportamos y simplemente no les importò a los meseros ni al cocinero....en fin hemos comprobado al igual que en otra visita lo mismo:mal servicio y pésima calidad de alimentos.

Con la nueva imagen, las cervezas están muy carbonatadas, amargas y sin cuerpo. Hay poca variedad en el menú. La hamburguesa que pedí no tenía sabor y el pan se aguadó pues estaba super bañada en aceite. Para compensar la baja calidad me ofrecieron disculpas y un café. Si van a cambiar "para mejorar" pongan atención a los alimentos y sobre todo a las bebidas, pues eran su fuerte. Definitivamente no regresaré.
