Aber es wird bei der Deklaration mit viel Liebe zum Detail versucht, eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen.Die Küche bietet einfache, aber originelle, Gerichte. Schnecken aus Lienz, Federweissersüppchen, Wild aus regionaler Jagd mit Hirschwurst, frische Leber mit Rösti usw. Alles sehr frisch und ausgezeichnet zubereitet. Wer eine einfache, ehrliche Küche zu schätzen weis, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Die Preise sind angemessen.
