Tender Cow - Altrincham

I recently dined at @tendercow in @altymarket and was very impressed. The bark meat sausage sandwich was delicious, scoring a 9/10. The flat iron steak ciabatta with caramelized onions and veralise sauce also scored a 9/10. We also tried the pizza from @honestcrustsourdoughpizza, which was good but not as impressive. Overall, @tendercow stole the show for us. We started with the steak ciabatta and were blown away by how tasty it was, leading us to return for the bark sausage roll, which was the perfect way to end the meal. During my visit today, I tried the steak sandwich and was blown away. It was easily the best steak sandwich I have ever had. The steak was perfectly cooked, the bread was delicious, and the butter and sauce complemented it perfectly.
