I made a reservation for 5:30 PM tonight two days ago and drove over from Liverpool with my elderly parents, only to find the restaurant completely closed and boarded up. This is absolutely unacceptable. Why would you take a booking if you aren't open for business? I went into the shops on either side of the restaurant to inquire, and they informed me that many people have been facing the same issue for weeks, including some who were charged for takeaway food only to discover that the restaurant was not operating. I am incredibly outraged. I also tried calling the phone numbers for both the Hale and Knutsford locations, but neither connected. I strongly advise you to AVOID this place at all costs.
