Jack's Grubb Shack - Altoona

Just had the Easter dinner, WHAT A JOKE!! no stuffing, no mashed potatoes, one small slice of ham, cold and practically inedible!! I made a turkey sandwich and tossed the rest. A $12.50 turkey sandwich.

Let me start by saying I had to choose 1 star to write a review but it should be minus 5 and here is why we were given a gift card so we decided to use it yesterday because we had business in the area side note we drove 90 minutes to eat here )so we get to the address on the receipt Google and yellow pages and what do you know they moved so my boyfriend goes inside the address listed to confirm if we were at the correct place or not we were not) thankfully the person working told us the new address so we get there and they are packed so boyfriend goes ahead of us to check on seating and asked why they didn't update their information on Google and yellow pages and she replied they just moved a week ago I think not you are in a new area and you are completely packed and no seating my guestion is why do you not update your information ? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Awful customer service. Will never buy anything from this establishment EVER AGAIN . The slushy’s taste like dirty water and when I told them they basically threw a fit and filled by kids cup with nothing big sugar snow cone flavor and refused a refund when I said he wouldn’t drink that......AWFUL

Nothing good to say....it was almost funny how bad things were.they should be ashamed

Went to grubb shack today at canoe creek. food was fantastic! had chicken, bacon ranch melt! sooo yummy!
