What Hertha Adams doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
The staff is great , but management and owner should not be working in this type of field. My daughter worked there and instead of addressing a issue in private the manager screamed at her Infront of the entire store. Two kind nurses went up to my daughter and told her everything would be ok. You do not talk to anyone like that. Excellent food for the price. I take my 4 year old granddaughter there frequently for lunch and the kids meals are great. And she especially enjoys getting her ice cream after eating her meal. The employees are very polite and courteous and the place is spotless too!!! And my family purchased an ice cream cake for me for my birthday which was delicious.
