Burger King - Altoona

Food is always good, usually 5 stars, 4 stars for only this reason: at each location, I got the Breakfast King meal, didn't get the Breakfast King correct, I understand you have choice of 2 meats, bacon plus bacon, ham or sausage I like ham bacon, each place once, only gave me bacon. I can understand early morning light staff and numerous orders, prepper may have just forgot. Nothing bad to say about either location, double croissants are loaded up (I get a ham [use good ham] a bacon [med crispy] and the ultimate platter meal, lots of food. Their taters are nice golden brown

Stopped in relatively early to use the restroom and so my husband could grab a quick bite and it was not clean... french fries on table and the restroom was yucky.

Love the new updated building. Very clean . Great service . And always hot food .. ??Looked like when they remolded the store they remodeled the workers . Customer service definitely came up my cashier was Quincy very professional ??Food: 5/5

Was a one but the lady manager made it a 4 SHE IS AWESOME

This place is dirty. Floors and tables. Not one table was clean and they weren't even nice about it. You would think they were busy bc of how dirty it was but my food was disgustingly cold. I think the problem is poor management. I'm disgusted at how filthy it is here and with the horrible service I won't be coming back.
