When we attempted to contest the charge, the manager insisted we still needed to pay for the meal we had left untouched, claiming she had not seen the hair herself. I had already shown it to the waitress, and honestly, it’s hard to understand why they would think we would try to scam them over an $8 sandwich. It’s truly unbelievable!

I ordered a double cheeseburger, expecting to receive two small, pre-packaged patties, but I was pleasantly surprised to find two generously sized, handmade burgers on a soft, delightful bun. The tuna salad looked tempting, and the house salad was exceptionally fresh. They also offer a wide range of Italian dishes. Although the service was not the fastest, it was adequate, and the staff were friendly to customers. Additionally, they had a fantastic deal on New York maple syrup.
