Steak N Shake - Alton

I'm really shocked. I had written SnS as a restaurant that was a bowl of his former self. During the pandemic I have seen how to take the quality of my closest SnS nose liver and it is almost never good. I'm not sure if Alton people know how well they have it in this SnS. Staff is friendly and accommodating and our Steak burgers are some of the best we ever had from a SnS. Even our pommes were hot and crispy, something my local SnS hasn't reached for years. The drive thru had impressed us. We paid and had bagged our foods and ready to go no less than 5 seconds after our change. It was so fresh when we sat down. I'm not sure what they do differently there, but O’Fallon and Edwardsville could really remember. Thanks for having a great experience every time.

This steak and shake has definitely dominated the new restaurant system without cash and things. But the number one thing I enjoyed at this restaurant was how clean it was. Even the manager wizard and cleared tables and made sure that the restaurant was impeccable. I was a lot of steak and shakes, but that was by far the cleanest steak and shake I've ever been. Even the toilets were clean! And the food was absolutely hot and delicious and fresh this steak and shake experience surpassed all my expectation and then some! If it wasn't a 40-minute drive from my house, this would be an everyday walk to

Steak and Shake is always great, but this time Burger was horrible and shaken, as if it were more whip cream then ice cream. The guy who waited for me needs a new apron that looked terrible. Please bring the nice lady back food is always fresh.
