Pulled up to make an order, just as what appears the whole crew was going to take break was walking outside when one of the memebers exclaimed “awe god damnit another customer” with an attitude like that I chose to leave. I would hate to see how they handle food.
The food is good, but I've been frustrated lately. I really loved the milk tea and boba, but the last *FOUR* times I've ordered it they've given me the coffee with boba instead, and I don't realize it until I've driven off and taken a sip. I kept hoping it was just a little error, but now I'm wondering if they're either giving the coffee instead of the tea rather than telling the customer the tea is sold out, OR that they have a ton of mislabeled product and they're unknowingly giving out the wrong thing.
Very rude customer service. Asked for the bathroom key and only got stared at by the employee. Asked again and the manager came around the corner and very rudely said I'd have to wait a minute because she was dropping food (which she was not she was just standing there)m and said he was taking an order from the drive thru. When he finally handed me the bathroom key it would have been just as simple as when he said he was taking the order. When ibwas finally given my food i told him that he might need to be a little less rude to his costmers. He straight-up told me that maybe I should be a little more patient. There was no one else inside and only 1 car in the driveway thru. I have bewn an assistant manager for jack in the box, i understand the work flow. They were not busy at all. I told the boss that if multitasking is not his strong point then fast food probably shouldn't be for him. The guy was still running his mouth when I walked out of the door. Incredibly rude service I will never go back. Also, our food had been sitting in the heater for quite a while before it was bagged and handed to me. There was no reason for the rudeness from the beginning and no reason for him to say what he did and no reason for him to keep talking as inwas walking out the door. This happened about 3pm on February 8th.
No one cares about the quality of the food. Tastes like oil needs to be
