This artisan bakery is SUPERB! My husband and I tried the following: rugelach, alfajores, banana muffin, schneken, chocolate chip cookie, poppyseed bagel, and sourdough bread. All were terrific! My husband loved the schneken and the banana muffin was hands down, the best muffin I've ever had from a bakery anywhere in the world. This place was amazing. I loved the sandwiches and they also had different varieties of cookies. There was also a shelf for snacks and honey.
I have eaten here 4 days in a row. The bagels are THAT good. (AndI s a m from Brooklyn…so I am used to excellent bagels. Unfortunately all other pastries I tried disappointed The knish..too salty Cinnamon rolls too sweet Sour dough cinnamon too dry I am sure the ch as lilah is awesome but I haven’t tried it yet. The backyard front yard and indoor seating is beautiful and relaxing The service is normally great…except to Tuesday, the last day of carnival, when they were very short staffed. But normally. Lorenis is particularly excellent.. friendly, very quick, great at multitasking, patient with my poor Spanish…and excellent with her English.
Delicious bakery. soured, chocolate chip cookies and English muffins.
Love, love this place! they have the best baguettes and baked! I encanta mucho!
Saved by the panamaic broth. cheap cookies, but so far the best choice in boquete
