One of our regular f... read more Having eaten here many times over the years my wife decided that she would like to attend this restaurant during our recent visit to Altea. One of our regular favorites was a Trio of Gambas which was a stacked of 3 dishes with a separate sea food dish in each one. The bottom was shrimps, the middle was prawns and the top was king prawns, Each dish had its own sauce and they were delicious. The new version comprises of shrimps in all dishes with slight variations on a Marie Rose sauce notr a patch on the original dish. The main courses were OK but my lamb was a little on the raw side for me, I like it pink but not red and as a result I had to leave quite a lot of the lamb. My wife's fish dish was excellent.
