I visited the jacaranda at the Altea Golf Club with my family and believing it wasn't a family restaurant made us feel at home. excellent Mediterranean food mad... read more I visited the jacaranda at the Altea Golf Club with my family and believing it wasn't a family restaurant made us feel at home. excellent Mediterranean food made at the moment, and also with Indian/Thai cooking options that surprised by its Hindu essence. and in case it wasn't enough, they gave us several options for the kids even though they weren't in a letter... very nice but very good for wine lovers like me. very recommended for parents like me. highly recommended for lovers of good kitchen at price joto like me. highly recommended for lovers of good service, always with a smile like me. rte. la jacaranda is a must visit ..! very recommendable!

That’s a... read more Went for the third time but this was a mistake. As a starter I had the scallops and shrimps with curry sauce but the scallops were clearly frozen ones. That’s a pity in this region as a large majority off restaurants buy them fresh and not frozen. Ok difficult times but or remove them from the menu or serve them fresh and not as a gummibal! As a main I had the see brass with the same sauce as the starter... Why? Tasted ok with the mashed potatoes but nothing out off the ordinary, and then the dessert... I had the crème de catalunya which is basically a crème brûlée but with an extreme flowery parfum? I don’t know what clothing softener tastes like but I can imagine now cause it smells the same. The previous times we went here were far better than this time so it’s gonna be a while when go for a next time... There are far better places too visit.
