Quickly Bistro Boba - Altamonte Springs

Came in on a lazy Sunday afternoon, the shop was smallish but clean (important), and nicely decorated. We ordered Avocado Shake, Beef Bulgolgi Bao, Brisket Veggies Pho, and Tofu Veggies Pho with everything. The entire meal was delicious! The broth wasn't too salty which really let the fresh veggies shine through. The Bao was soft and fluffy like tasty little pillows. The service was great, and the price on point.

BEST BOBA EVER. 100/10. Service is great. Boba is great. Prices are great. AND THEY GOT A EXTRA LARGE. I’m finna go back for another. Come here mannnn

The food here is excellent and it is reasonably priced. I usually get takeout. There is nothing wrong with the atmosphere but the decor could be improved. I have four stars for service because the apps can be squirrelly. However the food trumps all of these issues. Either the shaking beef or the tuna bowl is my favorite

Absolutely wonderful! The signature smoothie, Oreo is what I got and it 's literally better than most other smoothies at other places that I 've had. My first sip made me say Wow! out loud and this is sooo good!

Really love this place. Been going here for many years. Many tea flavors to choose from and combinations, milk tea. Regular tea. Slush or a specialty blended drink. Food is always hot fresh and tastes good and the price is right. But I will say my only issue with this place is how inconsistent the recipes are specifically for the Pho. The pho recipe varies so much. Its very on point somedays not so much others. Somedays it's a beautiful clear flavorful perfect broth. Other days it's this deep dark cloudy broth that isn't as good. I think they recently changed brands of rice noodles too. They are heavier and thicker and not as good as they were before. They have the perfect ratio and recipe. It just varies day to day on who cooks up the soup during the week I guess. But I still love coming here it's great and I highly recommend for great food.
