Been there several times in spring/summer 2023 and reported both times that it was very dirty and poorly washed both in the toilets and in the shop. It doesn't seem like they have managed this in a good way, maybe they are understaffed and there are a lot of people, but cleanliness says something about the standard otherwise for many people. Won't borrow a shower here again so to speak

The people standing at the till know nothing not what they sell, nothing about allergens in the food and certainly nothing about good customer service. Stands as a big question mark in the checkout when you say what you want. Just mess and things take a long time. It's like that every single time we visit.
