Was Anonym at Swen's a mag?
Everything was well done. Food exceptional, presentation beautiful and interesting. We had burrata, bolognese, and salmon. All delicious. Great service by Hanna and Gonzalo. So happy to have such a wonderful place on the hill. View all feedback.

the venue is breathtaking overall, but eating is quite short. we were to breakfast several times and it was normal, but wanted to try for birthday dinner. it was quite expensive and every dish was quite inexpensive, so disappointing for a birthday dinner. several dishes were not available, the salads had not only dirty salate, but were over dressed and not good. fried cali was in the middle over brot and soggy. there... Booked reservation from their website which linked to open table for 10:00 am and drove over an hour to find out they arent open at 10 am and we didnt have a reservation. The staff at hotel was very rude and mocked us like we were idiots.
We received one out of 4 main meal before we received our salads and our appetizers. Everything was over cooked except for the steak. Never had a manager come by and talk to us about all the issues. Luckily the server was at least professional. Would never eat here again. Even if I do stay at the hotel again.
Food was good. Service was very bad. The lack of care with greeting, knowledge and service was so disappointing. We have eaten here many times. But this last weekend the service was awful. The service Staff at the restaurant avoided eye contact, as if they did not want to get caught and have to help the customer. We cancelled reservations on a few nights , as we were staying at Snowpine and ate in the bar, as the bar staff was all about taking care of the customer.
2nd dining experience at Swen's this vacation. Nothing but the ravest of reviews! The food was top notch, service very attentive. Nice menu. Had a great time. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Went on Friday night 7 pm. Table was ready and waiting for us. Staff was wonderful. Very attentive. Food was amazing! very good. We were very happy with our experience. Highly recommend.
