My wife thought we wanted to go to Hersfeld and wondered why I didn't bend right. I had planned Alsfeld and wanted to go to Chinese food. Well, in the end we were in Alsfeld Altenburg and went there to eat pizza : . Four years is a long time! This must change in the future. The beautiful city of Alsfeld in turn seems to be consecrated to extinction. Zig restaurants that have densely made and many empty shops and Carl Ramspeck also makes: another institution Alsfelds . It, Valentino, Asia Bistro Panda all hired her! And we didn't find the China restaurant I look at. Maybe it's sealed before we could know. And so it went on to the village of Altenburg, just 3 minutes by car. We were very kindly greeted and: what joy! We could even choose the same table we had for the last time. And it didn't happen to us like four years in the past. Our round niche And the table was as beautiful as the last time. And after the guests had left the restaurant in front of the head, it became less calmer and more nightly. New was at least the long mirror above the table in front of the head. Long table in front of the head We both didn't know what we had chosen last time. But we both had great hunger and chose an appetizer. I love a little salad, I am the already proven onion soup I remember. This time I decided to make a pizza and as it turned out later, it was the same version as the one my beloved man had fed four years before. And my holde took some of the daymap: noodles like the house! Whether a new idea or not, we don't know, because last time we hadn't ordered a salad. The salad of my wife was prepared in a pizza dough: Insalata Italiana Very tasty and fresh, with carrots, cucumbers, various green salads, tomatoes, rukola, ham, onion and egg. The onion soup surprised me the last time. Bake the terrine with a pizzeriateig hood. Onion soup opened under the dough hood with onion soup A funny, tasty but also dangerous idea. If you take too much of the pizza dough hood, you cannot have enough space for the main dish! Be careful! The onion soup was again very delicious in combination with the pizza dough. I had to tap my fingers to avoid eating the edge. A short time later a mobile table was pushed in our direction. We were a little surprised, because why shouldn't we hand over the main courts? Until we realized that it was a parmesan cheese that was immediately ignited and melted with an alcohol. Parmesan in flames The square pasta was then added and rolled in the parmesan. I'm sorry for the expression, but I'm just a connoisseur and not a real connoisseur of possible technical terms; Pasta freshly rolled in Parmesan Finally was the finished and well-inhabited creation on the table! Wow! In the words of even more Parmesan, I do not believe that we were left alone. I would have liked to film my loved ones during dinner. With partly closed eyes was enjoyed. And I had never heard these words before this is the best noodle dish of my life! . I could now be frustrated and in the future take away from my warm noodle salad in the house kitchen, but I tried it, and also I was thrilled! On the other hand, my pizza was just a very good pizza. All fresh, crispy round, perfect dough, what do you want more? Pizza Capricciosa In the meantime, we were asked several times by different people whether everything is to our satisfaction. Perfect! Here you really feel as a guest and care. The conclusion was then an aperitif as a greeting of the house. Grappa for the lady, Ramazotti for the man. Full well-being and with a rich stomach we went home. We're not waiting for four years now! Not guaranteed! Unfortunately, the Scampi Griglia weren't that stimulating because the scampis weren't deveined, i.e. I had to devein each one... laborious and actually unnecessary.
