Food was good, fairly priced, great vegetarian options, and comfortable portions. Watched a local women donate cantaloupe to the employees and was gifted tacos in return. Warm atmosphere with kind people. To note: we came during lunch and waited 20 minutes for the food. No bathrooms on site. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

My girlfriend and I visited Tri La Bite because of the great reviews we’d read. It was a bit difficult to time our visit because they’re only open 11:30am to 3pm, but we managed to get there just when they opened. I ordered a jalapeño popper burger with fried okra and my girlfriend got a grilled chicken wrap with fries. As other reviewers have mentioned, highly recommend getting the fried okra it’s really good. They also have outdoor seating, but the weather was really windy, so we ate in our car. Most memorable part of the experience was being able to sign our names on their food truck. Really nice and cute place with great food.
Nestled in Alpine, Texas, this food truck restaurant has quickly gained a reputation for its outstanding burgers and welcoming atmosphere. Diners rave about the Blue Cheese Chorizo Burger and the crispy fried okra, often citing an enjoyable experience with vibrant customer service. With lunch prices ranging from $10 to $20, patrons consistently commend the generous portions and delightful flavors across the menu, including vegetarian options. Though some have encountered minor hiccups with their drinks, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, making this spot a must-visit for food lovers in the area.

Great experience! Sat outside and enjoyed the most delicious cheeseburger in a very long time. Customer service was top notch. I couldn't ask for a better lunch hour!!
Finally had the chance to dine at this restaurant and it was worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and it was amazing. This will definitely become a regular stop for me in the city.
Great burger! I'll never starve. I tried the Philly cheese steak, the cats, the loaded pommes, and I was never disappointed. beautiful shades to eat there. every reason to love this place.
She stayed here for a quick bite while passing through the city on the way to big bend. the personal was super nice and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Great food, friendly service. Nice picnic tables, plenty of parking and easy access. Fried okra is to die for!Parking: Open lot in front of food truck.
We walked up at 2:24pm, 5 seconds after they took the last person 's order.Employee just said ahhaaa we are actually closing for the day and then just closed the order window in our face.We were not allowed to say a word.Happy New Year to you all. Maybe one of your new years resolutions should be friendlier customer service.I work in the industry myself, I understand that food trucks run out if food.Anyway have a lovely day.
Everyone raves about Tri la bite locally so it is a must stop. A decent green chile burger with a nice variant side in fried okra. The bun was fresh and a touch sweet like a Hawaiian. There is not much seating and the benches are very low and uncomfortable.
Good food at this small permanent food truck. You wouldn't expect this good of food out here in the middle of nowhere but I'm sure it's due to the college.Parking: Small parking lot and free street parking.

BEST food truck by far in Alpine! The owners are a true testament to West Texas as they are some of the friendliest and hardest working people around!
I really enjoyed this food truck in Alpine. It was the best meal I had all weekend! The burger was fantastic, and I loved the ranch and fried okra. Plus, you can't go wrong with a root beer in a glass bottle!
I picked up takeout today and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food was delicious. I particularly loved the fried mushrooms paired with the homemade ranch dressing. The tomato soup was also fantastic. My brother really enjoyed his burger, and the fried okra was among the best we've had in a long time. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to try more dishes on my next visit.
Crispy chicken salad, was recommended by others
The best people and amazing food! I love you all!

While searching for a place to have lunch, I almost drove past this restaurant, but I was drawn in by the number of cars parked outside. I made a U-turn and decided to give it a try. I was so hungry that I wasn’t too concerned about the quality of the food. To my surprise, it turned out to be the best lunch I've had on the road in a long time! The service was outstanding, and the portions were generous. I had shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, and shredded rosemary chicken on pita bread. I will definitely stop by again whenever I'm passing through.
I recently began dining at Tri La Bite with some coworkers who frequent the place, and I'm really thankful they brought me along. The service is fantastic, the portion sizes are generous, and the flavor combinations are impressive, not to mention their okra—I'm a big fan of okra! The chorizo blue cheese burger is outstanding, and their current bourbon burger special is also excellent. I've tried their veggie wrap, which is delicious too. While I may not have tasted all the burgers in Alpine, I have a feeling that Tri La Bite's burgers are definitely in the running for the best in town. Make sure to stop by if you see them open!
