Reviews summary
Nestled in a busy spot, this restaurant presents a mixed bag of experiences. While the pizza garners praise for its great taste, patrons note its smaller size and high beer prices. The service shines, with friendly staff delivering quick and attentive service, despite some inconsistencies in food quality. Diners describe certain dishes, like the boneless chicken wings, as lacking authenticity and freshness, with some regretting their choices. Notably, the ambience and historical architecture add charm. Overall, the restaurant offers decent eats and a vibrant atmosphere, though improvements in food quality and consistency are desired.

Staff was friendly. Food was great. We has the tomato soup and it was absolutely delicious. We finished off with the shrimp scampi pasta and it was fresh, light and flavorful. Great place for a great meal.
If you love meatballs smothered in sauce and pasta then it's a 4 ????????. Nobody deserves 5?? for something that simple! Now I really don't think ordering boneless chicken wings deserves ? of a point on a ??. . . Because serving frozen chicken nuggets andcalling them boneless chicken wings that taste dry and crunchy on the outside and dryer on the inside... BBQ sauce or any dipcan justify the taste of Freezer burn ????chicken ????... especially for $10.50 for 8 measly nuggets... that's Right I knowchicken nuggets when I see them. But I guess that's what they sell at Dollar General for this Restaurant owner. What's thematter? Owner can't find anyone to cook fresh chicken? Save yourself $50 on these two meals because it took two beers to watermy pallet after making the mistake of thinking I was getting food worth eating. I'm never eating here even if it's the onlyplace to eat. Dairy Queen wouldn't of disappointed me like this Sorry place.
The servers get 5 stars for personality. Great service. It is extremely busy here. I wasn't very hungry so I got a mini cheese pizza. Honestly, it tasted like a frozen pizza heated up in the microwave, I'd give it 2 stars. My husband got penne withmarinara, cheese, and mushrooms, salad, and crostinis...he'd give his food 3 stars. They did charge me for a sprite I never wasserved, so I just drank water. They are removing it. They appear to be short of help like everywhere, so I'm grateful for thegood personalities of the servers.

Good pizza, fun staff, open when others are closed. Good options for vegetarians as well.
The food was ok....a bag of chips and a semi dry sandwich that's small for a heavy price. I did not try the pizza I heard it was delicious Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Where to begin...the server was very personable and attentive. There is a decent selection of bottled beers. We had the boneless wings to start with and they were really good. This was followed by the buffalo bleu cheese pizza and it was likewise very good Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The Italian food at this restaurant is just okay, nothing extraordinary. It is a bit on the pricey side. This used to be one of the few places where we could grab a meal on Sundays.
I am from Northwest Indiana, so I am used to Chicago-style pizza. If you are looking for something other than Pizza Hut or Little Caesars, this restaurant is the closest you will get to that style. I have ordered carryout from here several times and have tried the Cheese garlic bread, Cheese pizza with a traditional crust, and the Turkey sandwich with the option of normal or specialty mayo and chips. All of the food was very good, and the service was quick, usually within 25-30 minutes. The staff has always been very friendly and pleasant whenever I have picked up my order. Alpine is conveniently located, with everything about 2-5 minutes away from most hotels and other establishments.

Great little Italian place. I've posted the menu, because it is limited and appears to have changed since one was last posted. This quaint restaurant is a converted garage with unique atmosphere. The items they do offer are delicious and very tasty. The service was great even though they were short handed and trying to hire more wait staff. The waiters on duty were on time with everything and worked well as a team. What we ordered: 1. Large Pepperoni Pizza the staple and easily compare able item. Ours was awesome, hand tossed, lots of Pepperoni and cheese. 2. Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with chips this was probably the best tasting sandwich I've had in awhile. Just the right amount of heat with the right amount of tang. Big pieces of chicken in a Pizza crust folded over, great idea. 3. Hot Turkey and Mozzarella with tomato basil sauce and a side of chips. My wife loved it. It was tasty and had the same pizza crust folded over. 4. Shrimp Scampi very tasty with plenty of shrimp and topped with a healthy heaping of shredded Mozzarella on top. There is plenty of sauce for dipping leftover, so be sure to order the bread sticks, which I did not.
