Flying Saddle Resort - Feedback

What Hollie Grady doesn't like about Flying Saddle Resort:
Hit the restaurant on a Saturday at 6ish. I didn't make a reservation, but they sat me right when I got what was great. It took about 10 minutes, but for a menu and a glass of water. Then another 10 for the waiter to take my order. I ordered the fillet mignon, garlic potatoes and salad. The steak was well boiled. I ordered medium, but it was almost rare. I love to stay here when I travel!!!! Especially when it's warm outside. The view of the Snake River, the river and even the city of the Alps!!! It is absolutely beautiful!!! If you travel in the area, stay here and visit the bar or restaurant. Go to the river and see the river towards Hoback Jct. You can see where the mountains end by the river and the hills and the grass just roll out of the rock. View all feedback.
