I love to stay here when I travel!!!! Especially when it's warm outside. The view of the Snake River, the river and even the city of the Alps!!! It is absolutely beautiful!!! If you travel in the area, stay here and visit the bar or restaurant. Go to the river and see the river towards Hoback Jct. You can see where the mountains end by the river and the hills and the grass just roll out of the rock. View all feedback.
What Hollie Grady doesn't like about Flying Saddle Resort:
Hit the restaurant on a Saturday at 6ish. I didn't make a reservation, but they sat me right when I got what was great. It took about 10 minutes, but for a menu and a glass of water. Then another 10 for the waiter to take my order. I ordered the fillet mignon, garlic potatoes and salad. The steak was well boiled. I ordered medium, but it was almost rare. Food was great! Lovely atmosphere! Met Chef Derek walking by, He asked us how everything was and told us about close places to visit to see wildlife! Definitely will be coming back!!

I?m a local and have 11 family members in town this week. They all wanted a steak dinner and since they are staying in Alpine we chose the steakhouse at flying saddle resort. Everyone ordered steaks and could not have been happier! All the cuts of steak were on point and delicious! Nate was our server and the service was impeccable! Thanks so much for making a memorable dinner for my family!
Great service and enjoyed the location! Last minute booking and all went so smoothly and was very happy with the entire experience, will definitely stay again when I'm in town. Special shout out to the awesome onsite restaurant as well.
Nice resort hotel in a slightly remote location. I was able to avail of the small fitness center on an early rainy and cold morning. They had free breakfast in the morning which a lot of hotels don't offer anymore.
