The service was unusually slow during my recent visit to the restaurant. As a regular customer, I have noticed that the staff always seem to be busy but not necessarily focused on providing the best service to their customers. I absolutely adore this place! The service goes above and beyond, even when they are busy. It has now become a regular spot for brunch with my close friend. The prices are just right and the food is excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever!
Open but unmanned? Waited 10 minutes, was told someone would help me. Just wanted a drip coffee, too much trouble I guess. Good job collecting an hourly wage for nothing.
This coffee shop offers the convenience of a drive-thru or walk-in service, and also has an attached restaurant that serves excellent food.
I had the best coffee at Rivers Coffee and the staff was so friendly and welcoming! They even gave a bacon treat to my dog. The drive-thru is convenient and they serve a great breakfast. Thank you for the delicious bacon treat – my dog Roxy loved it!
Nowhere near as ludicrous and jingoist as it’s neighbor, this coffee shop still has some bizarre American propaganda. Chai was fine, bagel was very warm and gooey. This review is more for the cultural phenomenon of how the American right wing is in the 21st century. Breaking flag code, single-issue voters on the ability to have a gun to defend oneself in a place that hasn’t seen a homicide since 2009, wary of anyone who acts a lil different, small business owners with petty worries and severe exploitation issues. Service was fast I love the working class.
