Smoothie King - Alpharetta

We had a terrible experience at Crabapple last night. We ordered 2 smoothies for $9.00 each and they were way too sweet, like pure liquid sugar. We both felt sick afterwards and will never be returning. We are requesting a full refund for this terrible experience.

Although the watered-down smoothies were not to my liking, it was the customer service that I found particularly disappointing during my visit today. I understand that they typically hire teenagers, but today's service was exceptionally rude. When my daughter and I entered, they did not greet us or serve us promptly, as they were busy texting on their phones. When one of the employees finally put her phone down to reluctantly come to the register, she said nothing. I had to initiate the conversation. After repeating my order twice, she asked what size I wanted and gave me a medium instead of a small. I appreciate the youthful attitude, but it is important for them to uphold high standards of customer service. They should put their phones down when customers enter and greet them properly. The way we were treated upon arrival was very rude - even my 8-year-old daughter noticed and commented on it in the car.

This location should be named ICE King. It weakens its smoothies with ICE so if you want an extremely watered down and weak tasting Muscle Punch or Angel Food smoothie, then this location is your spot!!! If you prefer not to blow $30 on ice for 4 people, then AVOID this location.
