Our server, Jeremiah, was already providing world class accommodation despite his young age and has a clear future in hospitality with a charismatic friendliness and unwavering confidence, even when confronted with our 1yr old little rascal.The Smoked Toro was absolutely stunning (get it early and SAVE THE SMOKED SOY SAUCE), if unarguably a bit expensive for so small a plate. It was still delightful and impressive enough to order again!The bang bang shrimp were a winner starter, and the Channel Replica was easily our favorite sushi roll with lots of wonderful textures and layers of flavor that were even more pronounced with some leftover smoked soy sauce from the Smoked Toro. Doesn't hurt that it's a beauty to behold!Desert was also impressive: a thick, crispy Korean pancake (with what we think were bits of apple) wonderfully chewy, adorned with cinnamon, ice cream, and a strawberry ??
