The customer service left much to be desired, particularly in terms of courtesy and recognition of customers. I noticed the team manager reprimanding employees for leaving too many bowls along the assembly line while there were many customers waiting. Additionally, the food preparation area felt unclean and there appeared to be a significant risk of cross-contamination with the ingredients.

They were patient with my kids sensory issues w... read more Enjoyed Lunch after church today at CAVA. It was delicious and I spoke to the manager about the wonderful staff. They were patient with my kids sensory issues with not mixing the food together and made us feel great as they were busy in the restaurant and taking more time to order in line. The staff said they were great and one member embraced us because she is also a part of the neurodivergent community. This mama is happy to support businesses that accept that people are on a spectrum and that we are different but belong. It's nice to go out to eat and feel at home. The kids gave the restaurant a score of Infinity ?. Can't wait to go back.
