Bocado Burger - Alpharetta
Bocado Burger
Description
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Avalon, Bocado offers an enticing menu featuring gourmet burgers, fresh-cut fries, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for casual dining. While many patrons appreciate the juicy burgers and customization options, recent reviews reveal inconsistencies in service and food quality. Disappointments arose from mix-ups with menu items, especially with vegetarian orders, and lengthy wait times despite a nearly empty restaurant. Though the ambiance and location are highlights, concerns about pricing and staff performance have left some customers hesitant to return. Fans of Bocado still tout the veggie patty, but suggest enhancements for a more satisfying experience.

Usually have a good experience here when I dine in. Yesterday was my first time getting take out. Ordered their veggie patty on gluten-free bun with lettuce, tomato, avocado and a side of sweet potato fries. It was pricey $15). I drove back to work to eat, took a bite, and realized they gave me a REAL burger. Called and told them and the manager said she talked to the chef who swears she gave me a veggie burger, but their veggie burger is tan with chunks of carrots and other veggies and this obviously wasn’t it. They switched it out for me, but I won’t go back again. I also wish they had vegan sauces other than ketchup and mustard.
I highly recommend their veggie patty, but I suggest getting a double patty to make it more satisfying. The prices are a bit higher, but I really enjoy the atmosphere and the ability to customize my burger.
Located in the heart of Avalon, this restaurant is surrounded by offices and luxury stores, making it a convenient spot to burn off calories after enjoying a delicious meal. The menu is simple and offers mouth-watering burgers and perfectly cheesy fries that are perfect for a quick bite. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff.
The burger with fries cost about $15, but it was well worth it. The burger was incredibly juicy and flavorful, with the juices flowing out as soon as I took a bite. Make sure to have plenty of napkins on hand! The restaurant has garage doors that open up, letting in plenty of fresh air. They also offer milkshakes, but we were too full to try them this time. We might come back just for the milkshakes in the future.
