Our... read more I recently started dining at this restaurant and initially loved the food and the service. However, during my last visit, the experience was disappointing. Our server, Michelle, was quite rude; she didn't greet us and immediately asked what we wanted to drink. The food we received was also lacking; it was dry and missing the sauce that was supposed to be included. Additionally, I had my daughter complete a coloring picture, which we were told would earn her a free kids' burger, but they ended up giving us an expired coupon instead. The manager, Gina, was not helpful and displayed a dismissive attitude with no apology offered. Unfortunately, this experience spoiled my wife's Mother's Day dinner.
