Everything is d... read more The name of this place includes the word pizzeria, but in reality, it’s a classic Austrian countryside restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. Everything is delicious: I recommend the pumpkin soup, spätzle, rinder bouillon, Caesar salad, and apple strudel. The only downside is that the coffee and cappuccino are below average for Austria. I had Mafiosa, Capriciossa... read more We went to this restaurant three times during our stay in Alpbach. All three times the food was delicious, nothing bad to point out. I had Mafiosa, Capriciossa and Quatro Stagione and my favorite was Mafiosa. My friends tried other pizzas, vegan pizzas too, and they were all really good (BBQ, Vespa, Bosco although we were missing cherry tomatoes, Perfetto, Tiroler our least favorite from listed). The only problem was the waiter he was really nice but he was also pretty slow, we waited 15 minutes for payment and some people were waiting 10+ minutes for him to come and they left because of that. However, we were really happy with Messners pizza, wasnt really that expensive too. I would definitely recommend!

When... read more Very bad experience at this place unfortunately. Waiter was very rude, rolling his eyes when I asked a room temperature bottle after he brought a cold one. When asking about the drink menu and asking what’s « balis basil » his first response is « it’s not for you » ??? Waitress equally unwilling to help as I was asking is they have edelweiss on the menu. Food was super salty, fish drenched in oil cannot recommend Meal type: Dinner
