What Lukas Deloof doesn't like about Baguettino:
Don 't order a sandwich here if your address is not on their 'regular route '. Taking a short tour because of work is apparently too much to ask to bring a previously satisfied customer his lunch. Then on top of that you get a carefree response on the phone when you ask where your food is. Sad service and an anything but professional attitude from the employees in this business.
