The meats were incredibly tender and a delight for the taste buds. All of the homemade sauces were delicious, especially the bearnaise. For dessert, we tried the sabayons and white ladies. It was a pleasure to hear the sound of the whisk in the kitchen. The sabayon was one of the best I've ever had. The service was provided by two very friendly and smiling young people. This is definitely a restaurant worth recommending if you enjoy high quality meat dishes.
