Becaus... read more Fortunately, the restaurant has reopened after being closed for a while. We stayed in one of the very comfortable El Chorro Villas behind the restaurant. Because the restaurant is close by, we chose to eat here. A very good choice I must say, because you can eat deliciously here! The menu is very diverse and the portions are ample. The prices are fine for the food you get. We have eaten here several times and the steaks are fantastic. The service is friendly and cordial and the view from the restaurant is truly fantastic! I fully understand that this restaurant is at the top of the lists with its good reviews We will come back more often! This restaurant is highly recommended! We have also visited the other restaurants in the area, but this one is our favorite.

Th... read more We were there in April 2022. The house is too cold for that period. There is 3 ac units. Two of them is rather old and doesn’t work enough to warm the space. There is no basic things like tea, coffee, salt or pepper which is a lit bit of problem because the shop in el chorro is one and isn’t open all day long. A lot of things in the house doesn’t work fine like closing the door, basin or electrical system… The restaurant Rocabella isn’t open because of renovation work. in my opinion the price is too high for the condition of this rural house. May be after renovation it could be really nice place but now l doesn’t recommend. And in the end l add some advantage: the view is great, the birds are singing all the time during the day : … like everywhere in El Chorro. The washing machine, oven and dishwasher works normally. The hot water in the tap is really hot so we could make nice bath. But almost everything else was really disappointing…

Just back from here after having a great week, the villa was very spacious and comfortable with spectacular views, it had everything we needed to have a perfect... read more Just back from here after having a great week, the villa was very spacious and comfortable with spectacular views, it had everything we needed to have a perfect holiday, books, WiFi, and a TV, the well established garden grounds gave us privacy and shelter when needed and the swimming pool was just perfect, thanks to the owners for their help and information.
