Food was good but the service was horrible the women kept staring at me and wasn’t even being subtle about it she’d just stand there and stare like I didn’t just Pay for the food I’m eating and she kept rushing me out the door , took my plate without me saying it was okay View all feedback.
We absolutely love the food here; it's truly amazing! However, when it comes to the staff's personalities, they seem to be more focused on the food than on customer interaction.
If you want decent teriyaki don't come here. Burnt, dry, chewy. Do not recommend Aloha Teriyaki at all.
I love this place and I love the people who work there. It’s a quirky hole in the wall type place and the couple who runs it are quiet , casual, and friendly. If you are looking for cheesy, fake, obnoxiously positive service that many American places provide, go somewhere else. The food is fast, cheap, and good.
The customer service is horrible. They do not know how to talk to customers. They should learn it! I DO NOT want to go back there again. Food is OK.
