Feedback
Very clean, good service, friendly and welcoming. Had the vegetable burger, **** Mary and Steak Salat. All were good. Steak was slightly overcooked, not a big deal. This **** Mary was really good. Can't emphasize enough how friendly and friendly the staff was. 9.5/10 would recommend.
The food and service were fantastic! Our waitress suggested trying the French dip on Parmesan sourdough (which wasn’t on the menu), and it was absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely be returning.
After we settled in, we were offered water and some delicious maismuffins, which we couldn’t resist trying. Shortly after, a cheerful server named Kathleen approached our table to take our drink orders. She was familiar with the beers on tap and their unique qualities, which was a nice bonus. When I ordered a Margarita, she confidently assured me that I would love it—and she was right! For my meal, I had the steak salad, which was amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the salad was crisp and included a lovely variety of ingredients. The avocado was perfectly ripe and beautifully arranged. The red onions were flavorful without being overpowering. I requested blue cheese dressing, which came with delightful crumbles that added the perfect touch. My boyfriend ordered the BLT sandwich, and he raved about the bacon—so much so that I overheard him asking Kathleen about the brand, which turned out to be Daily's; it was that good! Kathleen was attentive and brought a lot of humor to our dining experience. I’m not sure why we initially chose to stop in Yreka, but we are truly glad we decided to have dinner at Jefferson Roadhouse!
Beautiful small place mix of local tourists through their way to or from Oregon. Danielle, who runs the bar, was my server and was great. It took care of everyone as if it were their only table. Started with a well made drink followed by a blue cheese wedge salad with tomatoes and amazing gobs by bacon yummy bacon. Followed by Jefferson Burger who quished half a pound bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings in for comfort. It was all really good with carrot cake for dessert, which was open too rich for me to have more than two or three bites. I come to Yreka a few times a year I will definitely come back!
