The Eating Plaice - Alness

Fantastic fish and chip shop on the High Street with diner area. I was served straight away and the staff are friendly and polite. The dining area is spotless and comfortable. I had haddock and chips,cooked to order, piping hot and really tasty. The batter on the fish is crispy and the chips are also crispy and so tasty. Highly recommend and would return.

This is a very good chip shop with a large menu. The food is very well prepared and was not greasy at all. The staff are friendly and appear to all work in conjunction with each other like a well oiled machine.

Was on holiday for a couple of days, will be back again soon.

Good all round chippy had a sit in meal scampi was fairly tasteless and very small portion but edible chips were ok served on a paper plate set up to get you in served and out as fast as possible
