I don't know if it was that day in particular, but it was a disastrous day. It took us three hours and we barely ate. When we went to order from the great variety on the menu, it was reduced to a maximum of 20% and at lunch time (an hour later) the little that was there told us that two of the dishes we had ordered could not be either. Furthermore, dishes that they didn't even bring were hamburgers and that finally, after having eaten, the rest of us told them not to bring them. And of the dishes they brought, the quality and preparation were not up to par. Burnt burgers that shouldn't even have been served. It's certainly no Michelin star, but at least you expect something decent and not student food. I have to say that the smoked bravas were good. It makes me very uncomfortable to talk like that about any business and I hope it was a punctual day, but the service was not up to par either. Unfortunately it is a place that I neither recommend nor will I return. We were a table of 8 adults and it was not an individual opinion. We all thought the same and the tables we had next to us. To top it all off, we made the reservation for the Benifaió location a week in advance and on the same day of the reservation they called us to tell us that they didn't remember that they were on vacation and that they have moved us to the Almussafes location. I don't care about the excuse or the apology, but there has been a lack of professionalism everywhere here.
