Not only did the relaxed and inviting atmosphere make me feel instantly at home, but it was especially their organic coffee that stood out as an absolute delight. Rich in flavor and expertly brewed, I could savor the full taste experience of the high-quality coffee in every cup. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, and the ambiance of the cafe is perfect for either quietly reading or meeting up with friends. Cafe Szimple has managed to blend the best of modern chic with cozy cafe culture. I highly recommend to anyone in La Herradura or planning to visit to stop by Cafe Szimple and try the delicious organic coffee for themselves. It's a place I'll definitely return to!

A wonderful local business run by a wonderful chef and staffed by warm, friendly, professional people. Love it.
